Latif Blessing and Samuel Tetteh have emerged as the two front runners in the race for the goalking title in the Ghana Premier League after their goals in the weekend round of matches.
Blessing and Tetteh scored their fifth goals of the season in seven matches but they were not enough to earn their sides three points in their various games. Blessing opened the scoring for Liberty Professionals at the Baba Yara Stadium against Liberty Professionals but they were later pegged back to lose 1-3.
Tetteh meanwhile scored to give WAFA the lead at home to New Edubiase but the visitors equalised in the second half to become the first visiting side to earn a point at Sogakope.
There were no goals for Eric Bekoe and Saddick Adams who remain on four goals each
