Ntanu was joined by officials of the Miss Ghana office and Miss Ghana Foundation for an exercise that saw them walk some kilometers through some streets in the national capital, Accra.
Ntanu, whose reign officially comes to an end in few months, said she found the walk a useful exercise as it also fits into the ideals of the Miss Ghana Foundation, whose vision and mission she’s been championing over the period that she’s been the brand ambassador.
“I was excited to have received the invitation to be part of this walk. I am also proud to support a good cause,” she said.
Ntanu, who successfully completed the walk added that: “I am going to be a part of this next year’s event – even after my reign, God willing.”
There were various sporting activities such as a sack race, 100 meters dash, dancing competition and the cooking competition. The Miss Ghana Foundation’s team emerged 2nd in the cooking competition.
Chairwoman of the Miss Ghana Foundation Inna Maryam Patty said: “we are excited to have supported the Girl in Need Foundation’s Walk. For us at the Miss Ghana Foundation, this is a worthy cause.”
