Ghanaian international Abdul Majeed Waris scored for the third time running after netting to salvage a point for Lorient in their 2-2 away draw with Angers SCO on Saturday.
The striker grabbed the much-needed equalizer for the visiting team in the 66th minute.
Senegalese duo Famara Diedhiou and Cheikh Ndoye scored to put the host into the lead before Waris registered his name on the score sheet having set up Sylvain Marveaux for the opening goal.
The 24-year-old has now scored three goals for Lorient in the French Ligue 1 this season.
Waris has previously scored against Metz and Rennes.
