Editor of the Daily Dispatch, Benjamin Ephson has stated that he does not trust the political leadership of this country.
According to him, his lack of trust in the politicians stems from the fact that they are just politicians and ‘I simply don’t trust politicians.’
“Between Nana Addo and John Mahama, I don’t trust anybody….NDC and NPP too, I don’t trust any of them…even if you (referring to Fiifi Banson) turns a politician today, I won’t trust you…,” he said.
The pollster who was speaking on Accra-based Kasapa FM said he had been voting ‘but unfortunately, the party I vote for don’t win.’
He recounted how he openly told 2012 CPP Presidential candidate, Abu Sakara that he would not win even 3% of the votes.
He added that politicians only take certain political decisions just to please electorate and also canvass for votes.
Ben Ephson also refuted arguments that he has always been opposed to the NPP because he hates the party.
“I don’t hate the NPP…am I the one who tell them to say the things we report…?” he quizzed.
