Kotoko are yet to register their first win in the ongoing Ghana Premier League, as the Porcupine Warriors on Wednesday March 9, played a goalless draw game with Ashgold at the Baba Yara Stadium.
The first 45 minutes were closely contested. Ashgold started as the stronger side but Kotoko settled and dominated play for most part of the first half.
The Porcupine Warriors could have gone up in the 18th minute but Mohammed Dauda’s effort struck the crossbar.
Ahmed Adams struck the post again, denying Kotoko a goal in the second half.
The game ended 0-0.
Kotoko have two points out of a possible nine points in three games while Ashgold have five points after three matches.
