The festival is scheduled to take place from 20th – 23rd August, 2015.
Produced by ACCRA [dot] ALT, the arts festival will bring together industry players including artists, musicians, community activists, writers, designers and students to showcase and discuss ways to develop the arts industry. This year’s edition which is the 5th in a row is on the theme, “African Electronics.”
According to the organisers, this year promises other exciting side attractions such as: series of conversations on arts; historical tours; The Open Runway; The HighLife Music Café; High energy processions as well as The Nubuke Hub.
On display will be the works of Ghanaian artists including; Bright Ackwerh, Benjamin Okantey, Adjo Kisser, Faustina Nsoh and Nana Oforiatta Ayim. Also on display will be the works of international artists like JHB Massive – a multidisciplinary group of 15 South African artists, Elsa M’bala (Cameroon), Temi Kogbe (Nigeria), Sandra Krampelhuber (Austria) and Kenturah Davis (U.S.).
