The Black Princesses booked a slot after sealing a 6-2 aggregate scoreline in the final qualifying match.
Coach Mas Ud Dramani’s side managed a 2-2 draw in the first leg in Addis Ababa.
Ghana U20 forwards Priscilla Adobea and Sarah Owusu Ansah hit a brace each to give the Princesses a 6-2 aggregate scoreline.
Nigeria also beat South Africa in the other qualifying match to progress to the World Cup with Ghana.
The 2016 FIFA World Cup will be staged in Papua New Guinea.
