Dr Frimpong Manso is bemoaning the level of corruption in the country despite the fact that 70 percent of the population in Ghana claim to be Christians.
“70 percent of the population say they are Christians yet corruption is the toast of Ghana this year. It is shameful, and Anas will get corrupt pastors if he is to investigate the church as well” he maintained.
According to him, the situation is alarming, and all Ghanaians must rise up and fight the canker of corruption, which is no longer a perception but reality.
“Metro mass branding is the toast of corruption in 2015. Look at what happened at DVLA. It is such a shame. Corruption is everywhere. It is no longer a perception but a reality. I recently travelled to Canada, and the only thing they asked me about is the corruption in Ghana.”
Dr Frimpong Manso added that he blamed no particular government for the pervasive corruption.
“I’m not blaming any government, I blame all Ghanaians. We must stop the corrupt acts if we claim we are Christians” he said.
He charged the media to throw more light on corruption cases while encouraging Ghanaians to work harder to turn the difficult situation in Ghana around.
