RENAME KOTOKA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The only International Airport in the country, the Kotoka International Airport, is located in Accra. Kumasi has an airport though, but that’s for internal travel only.

Disrespect For The King

Kumasi has a lot of respect for it’s king, Otumfuo and you wouldn’t find an ashanti or anyone in Kumasi saying something bad about the King or any other chief. Accra is a different ball game. The chieftaincy effect isn’t here at all.

Makola Market

makola

Makola Market is very famous in Ghana for many things. It is known to be the place where all the successful women have shops selling various stuff. People come from all over the country to buy from the place. Makola has been there since Jerry’s time and it’s a very popular location with some individuals naming their shops in America and Europe after the famous shopping center. Unfortunately Makola is only in Accra.

National Theater Conference Center

National Theatre of Ghana

Everyone wants to go to the National Theater or the International Conference Center for a programme. These two huge event hosting centers are only located in Accra. Kumasi only has the Cultural Center to host big events.

The “H” problem

English Laungage

Kumasi people may have their own problem but the “H” problem is not one. By H problem,I mean the “heat for eat” and “eat for heat” problem with the Ga’s. Ga’s normally either add an H or eliminate the H in words when speaking.

Embassies

visa fraud

All embassies are located in Accra. there’s no single embassy in Kumasi. I guess it’s because Kumasi doesn’t have an International Airport.
